Our courses are videos. They used the most current version of Photoshop at the time. Nearly all of the same commands work in every version from 2017 and forward. Newer courses use some of the AI tools, so for those you would want a newer version of Photoshop.

Brushes work with all versions including Photoshop 5.5 and older, and we hear that they import well into Procreate and Affinity.

Overlays are files that work universally in all image programs that support layers.

Overlays are provided as jpegs or png image files. These can be used in any image editing software. Your download will arrive on your computer as a zip file. Double click the file to uncompress it and then put the files on your computer where you can find them.

To use them in Photoshop, go to "File > Place Embedded" and then browse to where you've saved the file.

You can also place the overlays into your Adobe Library, as shown in this video.

After unzipping your download, you will see a file with the extension (.abr). You can drag this file directly onto the Photoshop application icon and the brushes will be installed.
