Photo to Propaganda Poster in Photoshop

In this tutorial, I'll show you how you can use a combination of the posterize and gradient map adjustment layers to create a vector-style, graphic illustration style in Photoshop. We'll use this to recreate the soviet-style propaganda poster for the Hunger Games, The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes film, but you can use this same technique for all sorts of illustrations.

In the tutorial, I mention another technique shown by Brady from TextureLabs using the hard mix blend mode instead of the posterize adjustment. You can find that here.
