How to Create Blue Hour

Blue Hour in photography and art refers to the hour after sunset or the hour before sunrise, where the sun is no longer in the sky but there is residual daylight on the horizon, usually blue in color (hence the name). When contrasted with artificial light (warm), this can make for a very attractive look and in this tutorial I’m going to show you how to create the blue hour look using tools and techniques in Photoshop. In the course of this, we’ll also cover the Sky Replacement tool, masks, curves and more.
