A Guide to Actions in Photoshop: Creating a Bloom Effect
In this tutorial, I'll show you the basics of creating an action in Photoshop. We'll create a "bloom effect" action and then set it up for better usability and, finally, we'll create a master action with a conditional path depending on whether our document has a selection.
